BI TotalAccess®

BI TotalAccess® is a single software interface that allows supervising officers to access, update, and manage participant data—whenever and wherever they are. Google Maps for Enterprise is used to build zones and track client movements. Google Maps can be viewed in 2-D or 3-D and provide road, aerial, and bird's-eye view of GPS points. Although officers can operate TotalAccess independently, our experienced call center operators are available 24x7 to assist with technical or customer service questions.
